The ISA will enable the US companies to collaborate with Indian private entities in the defence sector and open new avenues for India`s defence industry.

The second agreement was the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on mental health. This agreement aims to promote cooperation between India and the US in the field of mental health. It emphasises the importance of exchanging knowledge and expertise in mental health care and encourages collaboration between academic institutions and practitioners in both countries.

The third agreement was the MoU on intellectual property cooperation. Intellectual property (IP) is an important driver of economic growth and innovation. This agreement aims to promote cooperation between India and the US in the protection and enforcement of IP rights. It recognises the importance of a strong IP framework and the need to strengthen cooperation in this area.

Finally, the fourth agreement signed between the two countries was the Letter of Cooperation (LoC) between the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and ExxonMobil India LNG Limited.
